This Privacy Policy describes how Leben in Deutschland_2026 ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any data that may be collected.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not require any account, sign-in, or registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information directly from users.

2. Information Collected Automatically

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

  • Google AdMob — Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. See: Google Privacy Policy.

  • Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) — Before any tracking takes place, the App asks for your explicit permission via the system ATT prompt. If you decline, no tracking identifier (IDFA) is shared and you will receive non-personalized ads.

  • Apple App Store / StoreKit — For processing in-app subscriptions. Purchase information is handled by Apple and not shared with us beyond what Apple provides for receipt validation.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details. Subscription management can be done through your Apple ID account settings.

4. Local Data

The App stores your preferences, bookmarked questions, and exam progress locally on your device using UserDefaults and local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you uninstall the app, in which case it is deleted.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time:

  • Revoke tracking permission via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

  • Cancel your subscription via Apple ID → Subscriptions

  • Delete the App, which removes all locally stored data

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
